This is a beautiful and cosy studio with a warm and inviting ambiance in the prestigious area of Trocadero.
You will find many local food shops, traditional Parisian cafés, good restaurants as well as many pubs (bars) in the immediate vicinity of the studio. It is a short walk from major landmarks in Paris - on one proximity there is the Chaillot museum and the grand Trocadero gardens and the river Seine. On the other proximity, there is the beautiful Arc de Triomphe on Champs Elysées. If you cross the Seine you are at the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful gardens of Champs de Mars.

The studio is located in a 19th century building which has a courtyard with bushes and plants. The studio is very quiet being in a cul-de-sac well set back from the Avenue Kleber.

The interior has a charming atmosphere with a fireplace and Oak parquet floors and tiles. The window from the main room gives a view of the greenery inside the courtyard. The living room with its comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons and the mezzanine for 2 more persons can easily host 4 people, though it will be ideal for 2 persons. All modern amenities are provided including colour TV, dishwasher and a washing machine.

There is a kitchen fully equipped with all modern amenities such as microwave oven with grille and traditional oven functions, toaster and dishwasher. Sufficient utensils and dishes are provided. The bathroom is newly redecorated. There are ceramic tiles and a shower area. A convenient washing machine is also provided. In the back yard there is a newly built conservatory which serves as a little dining area.
